Applications are assessed through a six step process implemented as a fully digital workflow, ensuring standardized handling and efficient coordination across all evaluation stages.

01. Online application

Applying with us should be simple, clear, and straightforward. Therefore, we only accept online applications sent to: careers@lumetriclabs.ai

02. Review

Our team carefully and individually reviews every application based on defined criteria and role specific requirements. You will usually receive an initial response within 48 hours outlining the next steps.

03. Phone Interview

If your profile matches our requirements, we will invite you to a brief introductory phone call with our HR team. This conversation typically lasts around 15 minutes.

04. Interview

We aim to get to know you in more detail and discuss your experience, expectations, and potential role within our organization. The interview takes place either in person or digitally if the position is remote.

05. Trial Day

It is important to us that the collaboration is a good fit for both sides. During a trial day, you will have the opportunity to experience the team, tasks, and working environment firsthand.

06. Contract Agreement

If all aspects align, the final step follows. We formalize our collaboration, clarify the contractual details, and look forward to welcoming you as part of our team.
